Fees

NO RECOVERY, NO FEE! Any fees are contingent on our office getting you an award of money. There is no fee for the attorney if you do not get a monetary award.   Our office will generally request 15% attorney’s fees from any settlement or award. In some instances, the court may award a higher attorney fee for services that result in penalties against the employer or insurance carrier. For such awards, our office will request a fee of 33 1/3%.

 

 

Services

Cahill Law Office represents employees who are injured at work. The legal services provided by our office are limited to California Workers’ Compensation claims. Representation of injured workers is before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). We serve all San Fernando Valley (SFV), Simi Valley, Santa Clarita, Valencia and surrounding Los Angeles areas.
